Breakfast Beetroot Juice, full of beets, veg and fruit and totally customizable to what you like!

Beetroot Juice

Ingredients:

  • 6 beetroots
  • 4 apples
  • 1 large knob of ginger
  • Fresh turmeric (to taste)
  • 3 carrots
  • ½ head of celery

Optional Additions:

  • Cucumbers
  • Parsley
  • Lemons or limes

Method:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Wash all your vegetables and fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
  2. Juicing:

    • Cut the beetroots, apples, ginger, turmeric, carrots, and celery into pieces that fit your juicer.
    • Feed the prepared ingredients into the juicer one by one, allowing the machine to extract all the juice.
  3. Customize Your Juice:

    • This recipe is just a guideline. Feel free to add other fresh produce you have on hand, like cucumbers, parsley, lemons, or limes, to enhance the flavor and nutritional value.
  4. Serve:
