Crispy Kale

Crispy Kale Seaweed
Ingredients:
- Kale
- Vegetable oil
- Liquid seasoning (I used Maggi, but soy sauce works too)
Method:

Prepare the Kale:
Remove the kale leaves from the stalks and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Place the kale in a bowl, drizzle with vegetable oil, and add a dash of liquid seasoning. Massage the oil and seasoning into the kale leaves until they’re evenly coated. -
Cook the Kale:
Spread the seasoned kale out on a baking tray in a single layer. Preheat your oven to 165°C and bake for 10 minutes. Keep a close eye on it during the last few minutes, as it can easily burn. -
Serve:
Once crispy, remove from the oven and serve alongside your other hors d'oeuvres. This crispy kale seaweed also makes for a delicious, healthy snack on its own.
