Sesame-Infused Cucumber Side Dish

Quick and Flavorful - Ready in Five Minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Sesame oil
  • Sushi seasoning
  • Preserved black bean with chili (or chili oil)
  • Toasted Sesame seeds

Cooking Steps:

    • Cut the cucumber in half and gently smash it with the back of your knife.
    • Cut it into bite-sized chunks and place it in a bowl.
  2. Create Flavorful Base:
